You are responsible for the safe and proper use of the vehicle during your rental period. You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations and return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented. Any damages or violations incurred during the rental period will be your responsibility.
6. Liability
AdventureQuest is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your use of our services. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. We recommend that you secure all personal belongings before returning the vehicle.
7. Adventure Activities
AdventureQuest offers thrilling outdoor adventures, including zip-lining, rock climbing, and kayaking tours, perfect for adrenaline seekers. Please note that these activities involve inherent risks and you participate at your own risk. AdventureQuest will not be liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during these activities.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
